Support Kindle Scribe

Kindle Scribe is an eInk tablet with handwriting support, similar to the reMarkable. ReCalendar works ok, but there are some things that aren't quite right. It would be great if the Scribe was explicitly supported.

Hi! I'd love to look into supporting more devices, but without having access to one, it's hard for me to test and debug. But as a start, could you describe what things aren't quite right with ReCalendar on Kindle Scribe?

The biggest issue I have so far is trying to access the settings pane at the top of the screen. I usually end up hitting the month name or the next previous day arrows.

It already works mostly like a charm on a Kindle Scribe. But as you can see in the following Screenshots, a wider margin on the left and/or right, would help.
