Wildcard search for properties can be used in the filter field but not via extended search

It is possible to use a wildcard search on properties when filtering the processes or tasks ("property:*:value"). However this wildcard cannot be selected when using the extended search.
It was possible to submit a search for a property value without selecting a property from the drop down list. This option was deactivated when #5878 fixed an issue with searching for task statuses.
It should be reactivated for properties.
