Describe the bug
With default settings, the "pagination" panel in the middle column of the metadata editor is collapsed and only the "metadata" panel is visible. The "collapse" arrow of the "metadata" panel should be deactived in this situation, but it isn't (see first screenshot). When clicking the icon, the "metadata" panel is minimized and the "pagination" panel is expanded, but the later does not contain any content (see second screenshot).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a process in the metadata editor with it's default layout settings (no task specific layout settings saved in the users profile!)
  2. Click the "collapse" icon in the "metradata" panels header
  3. See error

Expected behavior
When the pagination panel is minimized, the "collapse" icon of the metadata panel should be deactivated. Alternatively, minimizing the "metadata" panel should automatically expand the "pagination" panel (the way it currently does) but ensure its content is loaded correctly.
