Usability improvement - Bundle

In discussion with three Kitodo 3 Power Users (users who work with Kitodo 3 almost daily for several hours) several issues have been identified which hinder an effective and user-friendly work from a usability perspective. The experience of such users is of high value for the community and hence, should be considered. Since a prisonization of (open) issues it not possible (in github) and it is not pragmatic to wait until the issues are solved, this suggestion is a composed bundle of several usability related issues which contribute in sum to a better Kitodo user experience.

The cost estimation is expected to be: middle/high

In the following the suggested Issues are listed:

Metadata Editor: Show total number of scans #4975
Metadata Editor - Structure elements: open/close all at once and save the state #4976
Metadata Editor: Show the first image in detail view if structure element is clicked #4977
