IOS Text to Speech is not working

I've done exactly the same on IOS, speech to text is working properly thank your for that, but text to speech is not working It only speaks given value in Unity not playback what i said.

STARTRECORDING RESULT:Hello hello hello goodbye

In this case It only say goodbye not speaking any of the Hello's.
