Linked organization in identity provider page is confusing

Describe the bug

It seems that symbol "X" means that given IDP is linked to an organization while symbol "-" means that the given IDP is not linked. IMO it is not very clear and it doesn't provide much value. It would be more beneficial to have clickable organization alias there instead of "X".
