Make Voices Dropdown Searchable with Autocomplete

I feel that when you have a high number of voices, the voices dropdown gets a bit difficult to use. A searchable autocomplete would be pretty nice to use and we could improve filtering UX.

This would be a great add. There's filter a that lets you choose one or more languages (and a default voice for each language), but even just in "English", there's still a massive list especially if you've added any of the custom voice API keys
. And if you've selected more than one language in the filter, good luck.
