Starting translation to Thai, feel free to collaborate.

Adding more translations, and umm I already make a PR without issuing, sorry about that.
เพิ่มคำแปลครับ แต่เหมือนในเอกสารเค้าเหมือนให้บอกเค้าก่อน พร้อมแล้วค่อย PR ไป แต่ผม PR ไปก่อนแล้วครับ

Just only me who think about reading programming articles in Thai is more harder than reading them in english 😅

Example: Index = ดัชนี..

Me too!
But translation may help others Thai fellow who may not good in English(as you can tell this including me also) to access the knowledge easily, if you find something wrong or kind of weird to read in the translation, you're very welcome to suggest a better version of translation 😸 .

We should make it better for our Thai language because someone in Thailand not good in English and hard to understand if we make it in Thai, They maybe easy to understand and improve our country.

I'm also not good in English.
