total energy impacts does not equal the sum of other energy and electricity impacts #33

When using quantiles.py functionality to extract the sum of two projection outputs, the sum constructed by quantiles.py does not equal the sum when the two projection outputs are extracted individually and then summed.

This issue is well documented here. I'm just transferring this issue from impact-calculations to prosepctus-tools.
