LDO power regulator is nice - 40uA current. ME6211-3.3 datasheet
CP2102 is powered by LDO and don't turns off, i think.. Okey, buy 60mA is very-very high current.
Maybe you need to turn off some ESP32 pins?
I see, that you don't turn off Wi-Fi.
