Windows 11 cannot get mnamer to read the config file

Greetings,

In Windows 11, I have generated the config file by dumping the settings. I made one change, the movies directory.

I also made a lot of changes. In both cases, the settings were not followed. I dumped the config again to see what it was using...all defaults.

I tried copying and pasting the config file to multiple locations, including the location of the media as well as the working directory where the script is installed. Still defaults.

The .mnamer-v2.json file is not read only. Permissions are all access for everyone (for testing).

Is this a Windows 11 quirk? Does mnamer.exe need to be run as Administrator?

When I do not run as administrator and pass all the arguments at the command line, it works. I just can't get it to read the settings file.

Any thoughts?
