Roll label rotation problem

Hi,

I am using the Brother DK-2205 template, if I set the length to 100mm the orientation of the label is up, but if I set a length less than 62mm the orientation changes to left. When I print to orientation up it works fine, but printing to orientation left doesn't work properly.
Why can't I keep the orientation up on small length settings?
My Brother QL-720NW printer can print 62x29mm labels as long as the orientation is face up, but I can't set that setting at all.
