• Self-Serve RAG-based Application with Azure AI: Developed a scalable, self-service Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application that empowers users with advanced document retrieval and query insights. The solution is designed to:

  • Integrate Seamlessly with Azure Services: Ensures robust data handling, high availability, and flexibility across multiple user queries.
  • Support Privacy and Compliance: Security and compliance are built into the core, with PII guardrails aligned to organizational standards.
  • Handle Diverse Data Formats: Built to manage structured and unstructured data formats, making it versatile for user applications.

  This project embodies the power of AI accessibility and customizable RAG architectures, bringing users closer to data-driven decisions.

• Prepaid Recharge Platform Migration to Cloud: Led the transformation of Telstra’s prepaid recharge platform, moving from a legacy system to Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and supporting over 1.5M daily transactions.

  • Microservice Architecture: Re-architected a legacy system into a microservice structure, enhancing scalability and performance.
  • High Transaction Load: Optimized to handle millions of daily transactions, integrating Braintree for seamless payment processing.
  • Test Coverage Excellence: Achieved over 90% test coverage, ensuring top-notch reliability in production.

  These projects illustrate my dedication to scalability, security, and resilience in high-stakes environments.

When I'm not building scalable solutions, you might find me on the racecourse. I've completed over 11 marathons, including all six major world marathons—a journey that’s taught me perseverance, focus, and the power of pushing boundaries.
