Some documents may need more than 3 latex passes to get LastPage correctly #9299

Explain the problem.
On some document, the generated LateX may need 4 passes in order to get the LastPage reference correctly.
The max number of 3 passes is hard-coded here.
Would it be possible to have an option to change this limit (or to increase it by one or two, as infinitely changing document may be considered quite pathological even if existing in the real world).

pandoc 3.1.1
Features: +server +lua
Scripting engine: Lua 5.4
