Add Lettrines to English Releases.

The lettrines would be an invaluable aide to me, as I am using this PDF as a teaching resource, but they are only on the Russian PDF. I don't have the technical know-how to set up ConText in a reasonable amount of time. Could the English PDF have letterines added?

Sure, but don't know when the next release is going to be ready. For now, here's the English PDF with labels turned on. Since labels take much space, layout needs to be adjusted. For this version I only did some quick and a little sloppy adjustments, but in a few days, hopefully, i'll upload a cleaner version here.

Here's a cleaner version byrne_context_withlabels.pdf. I'm glad that this project has some good use. If you notice any mistakes, please let me know, so i can fix them in the next release.
