[Bug Report] Log sparsity artifact seems wrong #197

Describe the bug
At the end of training, the log sparsity artifact shows way more dead features than the plots/feature_density_line_chart. Joseph mentioned that maybe the sparsity data is periodically reset, so maybe it only reflects a small number of training steps.
