Dataset Title

Crete Mesocosm Bacteria and Plankton

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

I am working with a bacterial abundance and phytoplankton species abundance data with abiotic measurements in a time series from an experimental/mesocosm study.
I have problems to standardize this kind of time series experimental data not a survey data

Info about "raw" Data Files.

Raw data is in excel with headers
