Describe the bug
Glitch may happen when scrolling up near the top on iOS

To Reproduce

Open VList > reverse story with iOS
Scroll up to the top
Wait until jump compensation works
Scroll up slowly with touch and sometimes see the glitch

Expected behavior
The glitch in 4 should not happen like in 2.

Platform:

OS: [iOS]
Browser: [Safari]
Version of this package: [0.24.0]
Version of framework: [react] [18.2.0]
