In the design documentation, there is a typo in the description of connecting the external input signal to the overwrite block internal variable uExt. The line is here: https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest/blob/master/docs/design/source/testcasedev.rst?plain=1#L149 and reads:

  • For Overwrite blocks, connect <block_instance_path>_u to <block.instance.path>.u, ...

It should read:

  • For Overwrite blocks, connect <block_instance_path>_u to <block.instance.path>.uExt.y, ...
