Adapted disturbances for twozone_apartment_hydronic emulator

When working with the emulator twozone_apartment_hydronic emulator, we decided to adapt the disturbances to have a clearer separation into two zones.
This way, it can be distinguished clearer from the 1-zone heat pump hydronic use case and the task for controllers is more challenging.
We intend to realize the following changes:

1. Adapt the door opening profile: The door is always open making it impossible to control two separate zones. Thus, we would like to have a variable door opening schedule.
2. Change the set temperature and occupancy schedule for both zones so that they do not overlap. This aims at having a distinct night and day zone, respectively.
3. For the night zone (bedroom), we would like to change the setpoint to 19 °C instead of 21 °C since we assume it to be more comfortable. The 16 °C will still remain the night setback.
