Is the web console already installed?

I have tried to access the image we build based on this container, and start a web application server with cmd strmqweb. I can see the urls shown up after run dspmqweb, but if I run curl -I url outside of container, I got 404 error. the url is like https://hostname:8000/ibmmq/console/.
the hostname, port I changed with setmqweb. in the container, run curl -I https://localhost:8000/ibmmq/console/ internal I got 302 found. I have no idea, the web console code is installed or not, or just the webserver is installed.
