Incorrect file permissions when checking mq directories using crtmqdir MQ command #363

I ran the crtmqdir command inside a docker container to check the system-wide directories which showed the following error:-

bash-4.2$ crtmqdir -s
AMQ6244E: Incorrect permissions on object
'/var/mqm/web/installations/Installation1/servers/mqweb/mqwebuser.xml'.
Current(-rwxr-x---) Expected(-rw-rw----)

This was fixed by running crtmqdir -f -s

Name:        IBM MQ
Version:     9.1.3.0
Platform:    IBM MQ for Linux (x86-64 platform)
