What kind of testing is standard for language extensions like this one? Is it possible to test:

Syntax highlighting?
Provided commands (hy.eval or hy.evalFile)?
ParEdit Navigation and Structural Editing commands (once implemented)?
On-type Formatting (once implemented)?
Refactoring commands (once implemented)?
