can we use same path with kv2?
For example with kv1 we are using /secret/key:value and at kv2, if we can use same paths, it will be really nice instead of /secret/data/key:data

No that is not possible as far as I am aware. If you have the kv secrets engine mounted under a given path (secret/ in your example) it will either be configured as the v1 or v2 variation of the engine.
