installer程序和解压包程序运行失败，单独执行AppStartCmd.bat可以

运行程序无弹框，Windows日志/应用程序管理看到异常消息如下：

我试了一下，加了个条变量就好了，
`C:\Users\Austin\Downloads\QssStylesheetEditor1.6_win64_portable>set path=.

C:\Users\Austin\Downloads\QssStylesheetEditor1.6_win64_portable>AppStartCmd.exe`

我在1.7版本中修改一下试试看是否能够解决这个问题
