Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, you can change chapters using the left sidebar tree and click the button in the top left corner to expand.

There is no highlight of current chapter in the sidebar, and no current chapter name in content of the page. Only the web page title shows that, which might be ignored by some people first, like me:)
