I have a new hugo site I'm migrating and I'm using this to refactor my old thumbnail/resize system.

My main issue is that images are low quality and have artifacts, potentially because I can't set the quality parameter on resizing, it seems it defaults to 75.

An optional parameter to set the quality of the resulting images is good to customize, with a default that can be set directly on the params.
