Deconz 2.25.3/6.23.0 addon not able to backup configuration

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Deconz configuration backup unsuccessful.

In earlier versions backup worked fine, but I cannot be certain this current version is source of the issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. When I go to Home Assistant's AddOn - Deconz -> Gateway -> Backup Options -> Create backup
2. the cogwheel spins for a while, hinting it is generating the backup ok
3. Then it says "Creating backup successful" "Download backup now"
4. However when I click "Start download" - it normally would push the file to my browser for download. However it doesnt do that and the screen then goes to "Creating backup successfull" (with the double l ) and "Done" button.

I confirmed that no backup is downloaded, tested with different computers/browsers as client.
