Describe the issue you are experiencing

Over the past years additional DNS providers have been adding support for ACME DNS challenge, the list available in the ACME packages out of Home Assistant is more extensive than the supported ones in the Home Assistant maintained package.

To offer a broader support, alignment is required.

Specifically I am looking for support for the Joker.com implementation, which was previously requested as part of #1145 which now has gone stale.
