VLC Media Library and Side Controls not visible on iPhone or Android

Describe the issue you are experiencing

On a PC (I have Windows 10 running Chrome) when you go to the VLC dashboard via the sidebar (not the player), you get the player on the top and the media library on the side. You also get the "pop sideways" menus supporting the aforementioned UI elements.

On the iPhone or Android (through the apps and-- at least on Android through the Chrome browser) you only see the player. You cannot access the library or either of the pop sideways menus. It is also not possible, when drilling down into the media library, to enqueue an entire folder's music with a single click. It can only happen one file at a time. These issues make using the VLC addon only useful on a PC (or Mac and Linux( as it means there is no way to see the play list and select particular files from it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open VLC from the sidebar either from an app or a webpage on either iPhone or Android. Only the player shows with no side popup menu.
2. Open the media library, drill down to a folder full of playable files, but stay in the folder above. Try selecting it to enqueue all contained files. You can't. You can only go in and slelect a single file.
