Describe the issue you are experiencing
After power outage my HA instance could not remote outside, when I check Duck DNS add-on it log the difference ip with my real external ip, I use http:https://icanhazip.com/ to check it. So we may add external API to get real IP like http:https://icanhazip.com/, now own by Cloudfare.
