Intermittant loss of connectitivity from external Duckdns link

Describe the issue you are experiencing

I recently replaced my router. I re-did my port forwarding of 443 to 8123 and everything seemed to be functioning properly. However, I'm noticing occasional times when I lose connectivity to the duckdns site. Wouldn't be a big issue, but I use a lot of webhooks that are unable to process without the external link.

I'm wondering if I'm missing anything or if DuckDNS is having issues at the moment.

2. Cannot reach the site. local site is still functioning
