Describe the issue you are experiencing

Using MQTT to read off values of my NIBE Heater. Woud like to use values collected via this in Statistics Graph Card Configuration as a data source..

It does not show up there and Im to refferre the author of - https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/core/entity/sensor/#long-term-statistics

Would that be something that can be added?

1. Get data - I.e temprature or the likes.
