It might be a good idea to add Continuous integration for Windows platform, as quite a few windows users seem to use stable-baselines.

I was thinking https://ci.appveyor.com/, as I have used it in the past with reasonable success (https://github.com/hill-a/python-runtime-check).

What do you think?

I think that is a good idea (I also used Appveyor for a Rust project https://github.com/araffin/rust-arduino-serial) but I don't know if that is easy to setup. I remember having troubles with python + appveyor, it is not as straight forward as with travis.
