[Bug] Hang/Freeze Issues and Automatic Startup Problems in Latest Version

Steps to reproduce

to reproduce -

1. just close it completely, and reopen in manually
2. don't know

Expected behavior

It should run smoothly

Actual behavior

1. We are facing hang/freeze issues when the program starts (automatically or manually). the whole pc became freeze for 1 or 2 seconds, This problem was not present in version 3.6.7.
2. In the latest version, it is not starting automatically with Windows, but it does sometimes.
