[Bug] Error "Couild not load profile" after fresh installation 3.7.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Uninstall the old version of simplewall
2. Install simplewall3.7.2-setup.exe with default settings (without portable mode)
3. Run simplewall

Expected behavior

No response

Actual behavior

The error "Couild not load profile!...Status 0xC000003A" appears, rules are not saved.

Yeah, I've seen this thread, but there was no solution in it.

In my case, the repeatability is 100%, only on version 3.7.2. I tried installing 3.7.1, 3.7 - everything is fine. Also, the error disappears if I manually create a folder %APPDATA%\Henry++, then simplewall is able to create a subfolder and the files inside.

I don't use third-party antivirus, tried disabling Windows Defender (real-time protection, folder control) - didn't help. Tested it on a freshly installed Windows.
