How to run the example project?

Sorry for this newbie question.
I'm new to React Native, and building a UI with time picker.
I think I should use this lib because of similar UI between Android and iOS.
I was trying to run the example project. I followed steps as described in README file inside examples/detox folder.
But there's error when I run 'npm install'. Below is the terminal content:
