Enable sorting and pagination for properties list

• Sorting
  Take a look at our design (second screenshot). The items in the list should be sortable.
  fyi: This feature gets probably disabled later on in the frontend due to some implementation challenges in the backend.

If we disable the sorting and have no clear design for cross-table sorting we should not implement it now, but add it when needed as it would require bigger changes to the table component that go even beyond the pageination
