add "last updated" date / time to static report #211

Clear and concise description of the problem

it is not clear from the dashboard, how old the scores are

Suggested solution

it would be really useful if the page contained a Last Updated indicator, so you can see when the reports last ran / how up-to-date the scores are.

Thanks for the suggestion, the report will now show what time each URL was generated at as of 0.12.0.
