How to run the validation wrapper in an offline server?

As far as I can see, this validation engine is using two outside sources: packages2.fhir.org and the terminology server.

Can you please tell me if I can install the packages in the image itself and not making it necessary to hit this packages url?

And, can you also pls let me know on how to disable the terminology server and also on how to use a different terminology server if I have a separate hosted snowstorm server?
