If two files have the same file name, but different content and should have different validation results. Validating the second file will result in the update of the validation result of the first file. The validation result for the first file takes on the exact same result as the second file, despite the two files containing completely different content.

The two files should be recognized as two different entities, and have each of its own validation results.
