using with smart-on-fhir and eCR

This is not a code issue, but we wanted to understand the integration part.
We are trying to integrate the application with [ecrNow](: https://github.com/drajer-health/eCRNow/) with hapi-fhir-JPA application, however, that requires smart on FHIR.

So how to plugin smart application on the top of the JPA FHIR server?
