CQL- Measure

When converting a CQL to ELM, it will give an output of library like below

{ "library" : { "identifier" : { "id" : "HelloWorld", "version" : "1.0.0" }, "schemaIdentifier" : { "id" : "urn:hl7-org:elm", "version" : "r1" }, ... } }

But to load a measure in FHIR server I need the the measure bundle.

How do I convert this ELM to a measure bundle to load into my FHIR server.

Can someone please help me out in this?
