Remote Terminology Server for Lookup, Expand operations

Is it possible to use the HAPI FHIR Server to do operations on Remote Terminology servers if a particular code system or value set is not available locally?

Some use cases are:

1. Querying using SNOMED ECL from a Terminology server that supports it.
2. Using the LOINC Terminology API in the background for LOINC codes while a single API is provided via HAPI FHIR
3. Local Terminologies are loaded up on HAPI FHIR or delegated to a remote terminology server supporting FHIR APIs
