Automatic photo upload seems not to work if 2 sim cards, but mobile data only allowed on second sim card

Hi,
as the title says, my seadroid mobile App on Android seems not to automatically upload images when not being in Wifi, but mobile data is allowed to be used for uploading. My phonet setup is:

• Sim 1: a cheap 10 € card to have a phone numer - mobile data usage disallowed
• Sim 2: my regular phone contract with mobile data flat, and with allowed mobile data to be used by apps

Might it be the case that the Android app is used to check Sim 1 only? When i change the order of sim cards physically, it works properly. So it seems to be a bug

App version is 2.2.46, Kernel 4.14.116
Android version is 10 (EMUI 10.0.0) - Huawei Honor 10
