Create a CTJ Communications guide

Overview

We need to create a Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation so that the documents that come out of our projects have a consistent look and feel. Coordinate with HfLA org leadership to maintain brand consistency both in our project and with other projects in the portfolio.

Action Items

• Gather examples from other projects at Hackforla
• Gather Banner Images, and logos to be used for each form
• Create a template for Google Form
• Create a template for Google Doc
• Create a template for Google Sheets
• Create a template for Google Slides

Feedback for Banner image :

• Look and feel is great
• really like the logo on the left and HfLA logo on right
• as discussed with bonnie today her feedback was that the hero image in the banner due to the scaling looks a little busy (smaller components also look even smaller like the laptops and all). can we try out a few versions of the image from the same style? I know we used a different image same style for the login prototype. @graceerya can you assist when you have some time in finding alternatives. let me know additional if PM input is required. Stephanie will be revising feedback regarding survey this week and will be reviewed by bonnie again next sunday, can possible show the new banners as well.
