billingUsage 这个接口顺便问下大神 什么时候跟新最新升级的gpt

你可以在OpenAiAuth初始化的时候指定超时时间
最新的 gpt4 只要你申请通过之后，然后指定 gpt4 模型就可以了

我指的是3·5 16k 和函数调用，超时时间我已指定 但是还是有错误

3·5 16k 和函数调用 升级1.0.13即可；
关于账单查询，subscription和billingUsage两支接口我本地测试都没超时，并且线上也没超时，是不是你网络的问题，调用其他接口超时么
