Make snap available to linux distributions.

Reserved name collision for paq encountered.

Might consider apt as an alternative if dispute fails.

Response from snapcraft team was the package name size, 3 characters, is too short and falls into a reserved space. Publishing to snapcraft will require a name different than the executable and repository name.
