apply hibernate.flush.mode for HibernatePersistenceContextInterceptor, too #66

HibernatePersistenceContextInterceptor defaults to FlushMode.AUTO (https://github.com/grails/grails-data-mapping/blob/master/grails-datastore-gorm-hibernate4/src/main/groovy/org/grails/orm/hibernate/support/HibernatePersistenceContextInterceptor.java#L185).

it would be more consistent if the hibernate.flush.mode config setting would be respected (as a default), just like it works with OpenSessionInViewInterceptor.
