XY Chart: Point color options 🤯

Currently we can set point color from both XY Panel options and from the standard options color scheme... this leads to some 🤯 workflows.

Maybe a solution is moving the standard option color selector into XY editor UI (and using that UI for the auto mode) may make the most sense for the time being
